Just can't find title!

I saw a movie many years ago that I just loved. Great human rights flick. I think it was done by the Film board of Canada. It was about a young Jamacian woman that comes to Canada as a domestic and decides to bring her child illegally to Toronto ( film takes place in the St Claire area of Toronto), so she decides to go to school to better her english and ends up falling in love with her teacher. Anyway it all ends with her being deported and the teacher ends up moving to Jamaica to be with her. I thought the title was "Of Milk & Honey" but a google shearch comes up with nothing. Can anyone out there in movie land help a frustrated old Canuck? fysty-1

I don't wish to be argumentative ,but I disagree with the Islamic belief that I should be killed! " If radical atheists decided they needed to kill believers to ensure their place in nothingness, I'd be criticizing that too."
