How do I change the title on my home in Dallas County.  I currently have it in my name before I was married and now want to put it in my husbands and my name as joint tenancy.

In the State of Florida a form called a "Quit Claim Deed" is used to convey. This form can be purchased from a Office Suppy Place  (Office Depot)  for a few cents.
