Yikes. That is a very personal question that depends on the comfort level of both partners. There is no "right time" for anal sex and many people are never interested in it. I am sure that it requires a certain comfort level and willingness to experiment from both sides. I find that between the hours of midnight and 2AM to be the best time, or any time she has consumed a lot of alcohol.   Early morning is no time for this kind of sex.
