The Declaration of Independence refers to the Creator.

The word God is not in the US Constitution.  The last article, Article VII, refers to the year of our Lord.  The first amendment guarantees freedom of religion:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
