Hi, I am a first time flyer and I booked my ticket on a Bangalore Pune flight. It is supposed to be a chance of rain all day in Pune so will it be safe flying in the rain?

Yes, don't worry, it is safe to fly when it rains.  The highest risk is water paddles on the runway but the regulation require that such water paddles will be removed before taking off (and the authorities are very strict about it).
