Best tickets

I am coming to the Saints game this weekend, there are tix available in the lowest level, midfield (section 122 for example) or one level higher up (222 for example). Which are better? in the Superdome it is very hard to see from the lowest level. Also, they are referred to as general admission...is a ticket GA within a certain section or throughout the entire level? Thanks
