Which states carrie three strikes law is ...

which states carrie three strikes law is california the only state to hold the three strikes law? If someone is to have two strikes none violent in California and get into a minor dispute or petty crime in another state does the two prior strikes go against him or her being the new charges are not in California? Being this persons no longer lives in California? Thankyou
