You must keep in mind that our government has not ever told the truth about the Middle East and I was up close and personal with our commanders and Generals in the Field because they alway accompanied their troops when they came to Landsthul.

We met the buses with the wounded from downrange daily and I brought them into the hospital along with the Sarge.  They brought the dead in after hours to avoid the press.  Our commander was supposed to keep our doings in Landsthul secret and he forbade us to take pics of the hospital but in order to raise his own importance and gain a star he sold us out. 

All those damned news conferences at Landsthul were staged and the people asking the questions were staff who went along with this insanity.

Marie was our PR rep and I told her you will go crazy before this war is over and I refused to be interviewed.  They feared my mouth and what I would say.  I worked RR the first 6 mths recieving after hours all those who the news media had to be kept from like that insipid Jessica Lynch.  Then I worked in bringing about the Warriors Medical Management crap then last 3 mths I was responsible for the Daily Pentagon Report of all in our hospital that went to General Granger Euro Command.

Me and CAIR went head to head and those downrange fell on their lances for me without them and 60 minutes Rumsfield would have had me put in the brigg like so many others who have done their duty and the same thing this lopeared Obama has done.

Keep the faith.  We will overcome this.

Mike Dudley thanks and hope you are home sooner than later.  I came home angry at Americans til I realized nobody told them the truth.

Unlike WWI and WWII they were not allowed to know the enemy and it is the mentality of can't we just all get along? 

Hell no we can't and we best to know the enemy in our midst.  Pisses me off royally. 

Not only do they not know what it is that Muslims do to children, babies, women/men and old men/women but they do not understand what Muslims do to our men/women downrange.  They should all be made to smell it, see it, listen to it and then we would see some action in this country to stop the insanity where Muslims are concerned.

Nobody said war is nice but someone has to know how to fight.  Otherwise we become slaves and still face war anyway. 

We owe you, Soldier.  Please accept my salute.  That comes from a man in the arena, covered in dust, sweat, and blood.  I just got clean and now I'm about to get dirty again. 

I keep hearing people tell me about the sweet smell of victory.  It smells like blood and corpses to me, but if we had not won the battle the war would have been much worse.

As an undeserving officer and a gentleman (I still feel like an E-5) all I can say is welcome home, Soldier. 

I guess the heckler has never seen little kids hamstrung and left in the desert to die or felt the rage that says "Payback is on the way Ahmed."  I don't know what sort of grim reapers Muslims became but that isn't the way soldiers fight.  Crippling little kids is the coward's battle plan.

Why do I have no respect for cowards on either side?  I can respect a brave man who fights for his country.  I might kill him and then bury him with military honors (figure that out) but I cannot respect cowards or vidictive losers.

You just have to be there to know why you do it.
