When ur texting someone, and they make a funny icon like this= ;*, what does that mean. All I'm asking is what does ;* mean?

Those are called "emoticons"  and are also known as "smileys" .The one you have shown is a wink and a kiss I do believe.  a semi-colon ; equals winking  and an asterick * equals a kiss.
