Testicle Problem in older feral cat

my feral cat testicles don't look right. He was neutered 5 months ago and is 7 yrs. old. He doesn't sit when eating and has lost some fur near the back of his top leg near his private parts. I treated him for round worms and tape worms 2 ago (he was eating an enormous amount of food) and lost most of his fur on his rib cages and tail. That has gown back and he is eating normal now. Does anyone have info on testicle problems in feral cats?

If he was neutered he doesn't HAVE testicles!  The loss of fur could be due to licking excessively, a reaction to flea bites, or other allergic reaction.
