So, is it true that they have lobotomy scars?  Or did the shrinks find a way to perform lobotomy on Democrats without leaving scars?

About the only people who put their brains in neutral are the brain dead few who follow Obama.  Of course, that is why they mumble and chant as they fill out bogus voter registrations in the names of tombstones, but that is an old Democrat practice.
