Yes, the salt is good for cleaning your teeth. The yellowish layer can be removed from the teeth using the salt. But regular use of salt may harm your gums and may make them sensitive which may result in the bleeding or swollen gums. Occasional use will be good. Any how, for the best teeth whitening , you should consult a dentist.
