I don't understand why you would have to pull them... are they already lose? Maybe they are overcrowding the other teeth... just guessing here.

The truth hurts.

I think the reason dentist's still fill a baby tooth and try to save them is to wait a little longer until they see that the permanent tooth is in position to come in, thus saving the space. If the baby tooth comes out too soon, it causes the teeth to shift and sometimes the regular teeth come in crooked. If the dentist does deem that a baby tooth must come out, it is best that they do it, that way, they often place what is called a "spacer" in where the tooth came out, thus saving that space open so that the regular permanent tooth will be come into that open space in the correct spot and not come in crooked. I hope this helps you understand more. My  parents used to jerk my baby teeth out with string and a door handle being slammed shut or just pull the tooth themselves or have me wiggle it free thus I ended up with crooked teeth. Now with my own grandchildren, whom I am raising, I see and hear what their dentist is doing much differently. My 13 year old has had these "spacers" placed and his teeth are perfectly straight now, without ever having to had braces later, etc. Good Luck!

I don't think I have ever found TRUE LOVE yet. More than one husband and a few loves but NOT TRUE LOVE. Hoping for the Right Man who doesn't think he is God's Gift to All Women.

if they have cavities i suppose

Fool me once, shame on you!! Fool me twice, shame on me!

One of the reasons to pull out baby teeth is when it would almost fall off. If you are unsure on what to do on your baby's teeth status, a consultation from a dentist should be done immediately. If the baby is restless at night, you can give her baby wearable blankets that gives a sense of security and comfort.
