How does one get a customer service rep at Yahoo to report the theft of an e-mail address and sending bogus e-mails requesting money

report your problem to :: uce@ftc.gov

Hi; I think that you're going to have to go straight to Yahoo's Security Office and report this.   Hope that I helped; thank you and good luck.
