I have written twice and called and left messages, please answer my question.  I purchased Quilter's Design Table Article 184-8746 and part O is missing.    I called Joanns locally and their home office and cannot get an answer from anyone, please call or send an e-mail.  My phone number is 352-357-0225 my e-mail address is sujimitch@aol.com.  Please please send me an answer as to how I can get this much needed piece.
