Only your ISP (Internet Service Provider) will have your personal details such as home address.
Those IP Location Lookup websites only trace the geographical location such as Country, Region, City, Latitude, Longitude, ZIPCode, Timezone, ISP, Domain, Netspeed, AreaCode, Weather Station of an IP address. They can't trace your home address.
