A friend on Facebook shared a link to a petition he signed that is calling for the New Jersey sate legislature and U.S. Congress to legally require schools to automatically fire teachers who bully students especially students with special needs (no second chances). The friend is autistic and the the petition was created in response to a teacher who bullied an autistic. student.

In my opinion, yes.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

I think they should be removed from their job without pay and to enter a rehab program. After a specific time they should be able to be rehired and return to the classroom while continuing guidance.

yes even i agreed too. Such teachers, they have no right to teach in schools.
