Yes you must file even if you won't be paying anything or your be charged and that can lead to owing a lot of money!

You should definitely file and you may find that you can get a tax credit depending on your situation. You can use the free TurboTax 1040EZ software and efile for free and do it in about 20 minutes, so why not.
