I am sorry but I am afraid that if you really wish to be a vampire and was not born a vampire then you can never become a vampire, I was born what I am. If you really wish to be a vampire just because it is 'cool' then become a 'vampyre', that is when some one acts the part and does indulge in some vampire activity. Be who you want to be, but be yourslef.
