i often talk with myself does that imply i m insane or mad?plus at times i feel very lonely,angry,helplessness all culminated into one.don't feel like talking even to my parents.is there any serious problem?

I'm not a psychiatrist, but I don't think there's a "serious" problem. However, I believe you need to speak to a counselor/psychologist. Better to treat little problems are the beginning before they come more complicated.

I also believe you need to talk to God about it. If He's in your life, you wouldn't really feel so lonely or helpless.
