There are some telephone numbers for AOL billing and AOL technical support, if you are a paying member. Use F1 for AOL Help, click on Contact us. If you are on the free plan, you get no phone support and no chat support. You can send comments and suggestions by clicking on Feedback on the AOL Help screen. And you can get email support for AOL Mail by clicking Email Us at the bottom of the help pages for mail. All the other help you get is AOL Help web pages.
If you need advice on how to do something, try AOL Help first. If you can't find what you need, go ahead and ask on AOL Answers. If you post a question, please identify which AOL version (9.0 Optimized is different from 9.0VR or 9.5 or 10.1) and whether you are using web mail or the AOL software. Also identify which version of Windows, because directions may be different for XP or Vista or OS X. If your problem is with a web site like Pogo, tell us the site. (Pogo problems are often Java related).
We used to have quite a few AOL experts on Message Boards. There are two AOL people who respond on AOL Answers to mail questions.
