Talent (spelled with an e) won't stop you from getting a job.  Spelling errors might stop you.  Failing to capitalize properly may stop you.  Attitude (as revealed in an interview) will very often stop you from getting a job.  If you think the world owes you a living, you won't get hired.  If you are willing to learn, that's better than thinking you know it all.
