I recently upgraded to Widows XP, bought a NEW palm and it won't sychrodize with Outlook. My old one wouldn't either before I bought the new one.

The palms of my hands are really red and rough. They feel like a 110 year old woman. Nothing makes it go away or soft. What could be the problem? They have been this way for years I am 45
