Are there any herbal or other natural remedies you can take for muscle pain? I have been having muscular pain in my back and OTC medications don't seem to be helping at all.

I didn't know that frequent shampooing will wash away the protective oil of it. I wash my hair almost everyday. Does it make a difference if you wash it in the morning or in the evening?
