I have HSDPA USB modem. I want to share my internet with another PC either through my NIC port or WiFi USB dongle through Ad-hoc. Please guide me.

I'm looking for information on carriers which are trialing or already offering VoIP over cellular (HSDPA/EVDO). Is this technology good enough? how about QOS? Thanks.
