How do I put a favicon on my Firefox bookmark toolbar when it isn't placed there automatically? And how does a site put it there? It doesn't show up in the bookmark's properties.

I have a problem finding a word within a page on Firefox 2.0 using ctrl+F. Sometimes it doesn't detect words that are obviously on the page. The Match Case box isn't checked. Any advice?
