I have a Poulan 3416 chain saw. The plastic tube in oil resevoir from the bar is not connected to anything. Where does it go?

remingtontools.com remington 14" limb --- the bar tightener screw w/stud that fits into the bar, lost that stud. Where do we go to replace it?
