Roughly how long would you think it takes one to become familiar with it? I can kind of work it, but no where near like a pro and this is after years of tinkering around.

I don't have the full blown version of Photoshop I only have Photoshop Elements. Is there a way to put actions into Photoshop Elements like you do the regular Photoshop?
