By friendly are you referring to Mubaraks government ? the one that the Egyptian people deposed off ? the dictator who oppressed Egyptians and was propped up by the U.S ? Our media sucks , we never get the full story of our government messing where they shouldn't be . Perhaps the reason they feel they can get away with it is because people like the uninformed teabagers .

US-Egyptian relations are just a little more complex than your simplistic explanation would support.  Much remains in secret, because people like you would really louse up sensitive negotiations. 

 

The good part is that Obama will have no part of those negotiations because he is too inexperienced to be trusted that far.
