Being suspended from selling books on amazon for too many refunds...

I would like to write a leter to discuss my performance as an amazon bookseller.. My privileges have recently been suspended for one day because of higher than usual refunds... I really need to discuss this matter as i do not wish to be suspended from selling as it is a privilege work for this company, and i do put everything i have into maintaining a 100% rating. I feel i am a representive and giving customers the very best service keeps them coming back to all us good and honest vendors who feel as i do and go above and beyond to do a good job. I am so upset over the fact that i lost my privileges for even one day... Isn't there a way to talk to a person to explain the whole situation? Please contact me at louise125@aol.Com...  I think a terrible injustice has been written about this professional person.  I know for a fact that she does everything humanly possible to satisfy her customers.  Please consider that some customers are trying to obtain items for free.  They will complain about the smallest detail.  Maybe the book is so new that it will not lay flat.  They will complain if they have to crease the book to keep it open.  How in the world can that be the sellers problem.  And yet this professional person will refund the customer all their  funds involved. And then complain and the context of the issue never touched upon.   People are sometimes very difficult to deal with and hoping that they get to keep the item for free.  A terrible injustice has been written concerning this professional person.  Please retract this from the site.  Thank you.
