What do you mean by "child " -How old? -and why does "child" need 'benefits' , isn't 'working mom' raising child ? ?  -Tell us the WHOLE story.Undecided

If the father was illegal and never paid anything in, no you cannot receive benefits of any kind, LEGALLY!
