Where his father was born, or wether or not he ever sought naturalization is not relevant to the issue.
The 14th Amendment and US Code both make it clear that anyone born here in the US is a citizen at birth. Hence a Natural Born Citizen.
Neither Vattel's Law of Nations. Nor whatever you may want the founders to have thought, are relevant to your argument.
Only US law, as it is written is.
So. What exactly is the US Law that says that both of one's parents must be US Citizens in order for one to be a Natural Born Citizen?

Andrecraky according to the Constitution it is otherwise there would not have been the Congressional bestowing of American Citizenship to those presidents whose parents were from other countries.  We have been through this before.  If it were not of importance and necessary to legalize the president they would not have bothered.

You know the answer to the last question because we have discussed it at length and you understand full well that the question comes from not clarifying the word or when it says the president must be Naural Born or an American Citizen.  You also know the very one who wrote or was involved in the writing of the 14th Amendment himself agreed the Natural Born ment one whose parents were also citizens for reasons of duel allegience which was a problem in their eyes.

So I will not rehash what we have hashed and Obama as you damned well know is the only president to have a parent not Naturalized or given Citizenship by the Congress.  And that he has indeed favored his Muslim roots from day one.

Argumentative and presumptuous.
What any particular person may or may not have meant is not relevant.
What an Amendment may or may not have originally intended is not relevant.
All that is relevant is the law as it is written.
Also "allegiance" is not hereditary, and cannot be determined by parentage or how far back one can trace their linage within said society.
