Quitting smoking is really hard. I quit after 7 years. I can suggest you Nicocare stop smoking supplement which help me in quitting smocking. It really help me so much with my withdrawal symptoms.

Quitting smoking is really not much hard, if you got a strong will power you can do it, well even i use to smoke, but nw i dont, i had smoked more than 10years...there med available to quit smoking, you can try those anti smoking medicines. Thank You
