Sunbeam electric blanket Repair

sunbeam electric blanket  I have a Sunbeam electric blanket that is maybe 5 years old.  One side no longer heats.  Is there any where to get this repaired.  At least a new cord and controls.  Or is it just time to buy new?

May be there is some problem in the insulation. You can get it checked. However I think it is better to get a new one.

5 yr old blanket? i think you should buy a new one. that kind of blanket would eat a lot of electricity because time is directly proportional to the power loss.
