A good book or a DVD with a good women film. (Madison Bridges, Voyager now, Something's Gotta Give)

An antique (picture, sculpture, a vintage bag or a china trinket box)

I like that first line of yours - I do this for my wife sometimes and it's always welcome. - I find occasional 'for no particular reason' gifts are always a good thing ! Cool
