Ice cream has more calories than watermelon.

It's ice cream cone and frozen yogurt season. But trading them for equally delicious watermelon (seed-spitting contest, anyone?) will make you healthier, more beautiful and even help you ward off disease.

It's a difference in kind, as well. Ice cream is processed sugar. Watermelon is natural fructose sugar.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
