Why suddenly are my sister's emails blocked?

I have received emails from my sister for 3 years weekly, NOW they are blocked, and I have done anything.

Sign off AOL and use menu Mail, Mail Settings, Manage Saved Mail, Compact.

Block email

Click on your mail and open it. There is a option called Mail Options. Click this link and you will see it as plain as day. Block unwanted e-mail or mail "GOOD LUCK"
