Do you have orders for these parts... Do you have the orders for these parts.... Are both usages correct? And is there no difference?

Both usages can be correct, but there is a slight difference.  "Do you have orders for these parts" is more general, asking if there are any orders for these parts. "Do you have the orders for these parts" is more specific, perhaps asking about orders recently received or orders for a particular customer.
