I have been talking to some women from work that take or use to take phentermine, some report a drug affect on their menstrual cycle. It is rather logical because the drug affects your fat ratio which is related to the menstrual cycle, and the drug might also interact with birth control. Here is a link on this subject, I guess you should talk to your gynecologist, he would probably know more.
