Discuss Millie.C's answer to: Stress during pregnancy

Can too much stress during pregnancy be bad for my baby?

Rule of thumb is, what's good for you is usually good for the baby. Too much stress can't be too good for anyone. It causes your hormone levels to shift, it might cause undue spasms, and it could be exhausting for you too.

Try to avoid places where extreme stress is induced.

On the other hand, you have 40 + weeks of pregnancy, and it's impossible to always be happy and serene, so don't stress because you were stressed, if you get my drift. Try to avoid situations that are stressful for you, and if you find yourself stressing, try to stop.
