Snoring. How can i get my boyfriend from stop snoring in our bedroom. I get up in the middle of the nite to go to the couch to get some sleep. This has to stop asap.

There are some simple tips which can help you to stop snoring:-

* Smoking should be avoided.

* Do  regular exercise and take good diet.

* One should start using CPAP machine if he or she is suffering from  sleeping apnea.

* Humidifier can really work well for you.
