You have an application that is using the .NET Framework. Uninstall .NET Framework v2 from Control Panel, Add-Remove programs,  then re-install the .NET Framework v 2 Service Pack 1, you can download it from microsoftupdate.com using Internet Explorer browser...Be sure to have all SP3 updates installed first.
