How do you stop leaves from growing after you have your trees trimmed and cut so that leaves will not grow back

Well, you could kill the tree. Otherwise, you know, growing leaves is sorta what trees do.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Any living tree will grow leaves.  There is no way to control where the leaves will appear (apart from trimming).  The only way to make the tree stop creating leaves is by killing it (put a special chemical on the place you trimmed / cut it).
