why does my stomach hurt ive drank sprite pepto bismo every thing i eat goes right through me like after a take a drink of water it i need to pee please answer fast

It's normal to use the bathroom after you drink water, but the other symptoms you described should be looked at by a doctor.

I don't know how old you are, but if you are 18+, go see one soon.  If under 18, talk to your mom about it and tell her you would like to see a physician because you are concerned with your stomach.
