Hubert Horacio Humphrey

I don't thoink so.!! He was elected VP when he ran with LBJ against Goldwater. Who was Selected to be Vp when LBJ took over for JFK. !! Between Nov. 1963 and Jan 1965. ???

There was no one appointed to the Vice President position at this interim time because the constitution did not allow for this. Later when LBJ became Presdient in 64 then Hubert Humphrey became his VP.
