You should know that large cap stocks are a lot more stable than small and medium cap stocks. Small and medium cap stocks carry larger risks, but they also have the potential to give you huge returns in a bullish market. Before entering into any particular sector for stock investment, you must analyze the stock and the sector as well.  I would like to suggest you that always make diversified portfolio, never invest your money in single sector or single stock.
