My guess would be California just from the sheer volume of cars. Anywhere where the demographics show a projected population growth (Nevada, Arizona, Florida, etc) should be a safe bet.  My nephew is a non-certified backyard Subaru mechanic and he got work in Hawaii as they are desperate for skilled labor.
