When do you start thinking about weight loss?

 When your doctor says lose some wait or you'll die? When you realize you can't climb a flight of stares? Or when you notice that you are starting to get rounded in places you haven't been before?

I'd think it's a good idea to start thinking about it before your doctor tells you the or else speech, but to each his own. It's not so much about the weight as it is with cholesterol and other problems when you are leading a sedimentary lifestyle.

Losing weight is really hard to perform, but to tell you honestly, i was able to lose my weight from 200 lbs to 140 lbs in just 2 months. I was encouraged to lose my weight when my wife said that " If you want to live a longer life you have to lose your weight."Laughing

Weight loss should only be in your mind if you look in the mirror and are not happy with what you see. This means you want to start looking better for yourself and your own health. For me its all about feeling and looks. If it feels good and I like the way it looks, weight loss is not on my mind.
