Squirt a small amount of oil in cylinder /s, turn over by hand a few times without spark plug, then re-install plug and fire up, low revs at first. Cool

What is truth -

I had to yank the carburetor and clean the needle valve on the last one that I did. This should not be necessary if there was fuel stabilizer in it.
