I would like to start selling empanada to supermarkets, how can I start an empanada business, I make beef, chicken and turkey empanada
I can't really tell you how to do the business of selling to supermarkets. I have no experience in that area. However, I can advise in in an area I do have experience in. You will need three very important things to start. You will need to get your business license from the city, a tax number from the state, and you will need to have your kitchen inspected so that you can get a passing inspection from the health department. And before you do that, you'll; need to contact the health department to get a copy of their regulations and standards so that you'll know exactly how to bring your kitchen up to their standards. This means things like cleanliness, safety, proper storage, refrigerators that are below a certain temperature, etc.
I do wish you the best of luck. Having owned my own restaurant for a time, I know what hard work it is.
You might also check into making a business plan so that you can, perhaps, get assistance from the Small Business Administration. You might contact them anyway. They can offer many services and assistance to help you start and build your business.
